About the role
- You act as the technical and sales contact for our financial advisors in your region and actively support them from your home office — both technically and sales-wise — while being part of a strong team of sales support professionals.
- With your expertise and enthusiasm you provide valuable impetus, increase sales success and implement these initiatives together with the financial advisors on site.
- You qualify the financial advisors in the areas of investment products and sales skills, convincing through your insight into people, your technical knowledge and your ability to inspire others.
- You independently plan and conduct training events, workshops, webinars and coaching sessions, and contribute fresh ideas for innovative learning formats.
Requirements
- You have completed training as a bank or investment clerk (m/f/d) or hold a degree in economics/business administration, complemented by several years of relevant professional experience.
- You bring extensive know-how in investment products and can explain complex topics in an understandable way.
- With your strong goal orientation and motivational ability you inspire others to top performance.
- Independent work and entrepreneurial thinking are natural for you.
- You present yourself confidently and persuasively, have assertiveness and strong team-player qualities.
- High customer and service orientation is not just a task for you but a lived attitude.
