About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Further development, design and enhancement of our in-house developed web-based ERP system
- Development of new digital services and applications for our customers
- Development, maintenance and extension of our Android apps in Kotlin (e.g., our warehousing / mobile data-entry (MDE) app)
- Automation of existing processes using microservices, machine learning and cloud services
- Contribute your own concepts for software and process design (conceptual work rather than merely implementing specifications)
- Work in short development cycles using agile methods — "test in production" instead of long evaluation phases
- Troubleshooting and continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed technical education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences/FH, Technical University/TU) in computer science or an equivalent qualification through relevant professional experience
- Solid knowledge of .NET / C# — ideally with practical experience
- Knowledge of Blazor / MudBlazor (or comparable component frameworks) is an advantage
- Knowledge of Kotlin and Android development is an advantage
- Experience in developing full-stack web applications
- Familiarity with SQL (MS SQL), containerized environments (Docker), CI/CD pipelines and Python is a plus
- Openness to AI-assisted development — initial experience is a plus
- Enjoy working independently in a small, dynamic team and are motivated to continue developing professionally
