Requirements
Near-native level of English proficiency in speech, writing and reading
At least 2 years of business experience in operations, administration, executive assistance, or other client-facing roles (e.g., Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Project Coordinator, Account Manager)
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment, ideally in a start-up context
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to thrive under pressure
Willingness to align your work hours with US time zones
Proactive, resourceful, and able to solve problems independently
Strong organizational skills and ability to create systems for clarity
Emotional intelligence to handle stakeholders at all levels
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
Experience managing calendars, inboxes, travel arrangements, and diverse projects
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters
Comfortable balancing professional and personal support tasks for executives
