About the role

  • Register new suppliers in the corporate system, ensuring compliance with internal policies and compliance requirements;
  • Support supplier qualification and approval processes, including document verification and interaction with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Ensure the integrity, organization, and updating of the supplier database, maintaining complete, auditable, and traceable records;
  • Support administrative activities of the department, such as maintaining controls, organizing documents, updating spreadsheets, and managing data;
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports, KPIs, and presentations, using Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools;
  • Provide support to internal stakeholders, answering queries and guiding them on registration and approval processes;
  • Assist with purchasing processes for low-complexity materials, collaborating with the Procurement team.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
  • Desired: Advanced English;
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus;
  • Prior internship experience in a mining company is a plus.
