About the role
- Register new suppliers in the corporate system, ensuring compliance with internal policies and compliance requirements;
- Support supplier qualification and approval processes, including document verification and interaction with internal and external stakeholders;
- Ensure the integrity, organization, and updating of the supplier database, maintaining complete, auditable, and traceable records;
- Support administrative activities of the department, such as maintaining controls, organizing documents, updating spreadsheets, and managing data;
- Contribute to the preparation of reports, KPIs, and presentations, using Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools;
- Provide support to internal stakeholders, answering queries and guiding them on registration and approval processes;
- Assist with purchasing processes for low-complexity materials, collaborating with the Procurement team.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields;
- Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
- Desired: Advanced English;
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus;
- Prior internship experience in a mining company is a plus.
