Calculate federal, state and municipal taxes
Perform account analysis and reconciliation
Review and verify accounting reports
Manage direct and indirect taxes
Handle federal, state and municipal ancillary tax obligations
Enter invoices into the system
Route tax documents internally
Submit monthly and annual tax declarations
Submit ancillary filings for companies under the Presumed Profit (Lucro Presumido) regime
Validate and transmit GIA, SPED Fiscal, SPED Contribuições, ISSQN, withholding reports, and DCTF
Responsible for calculating and submitting obligations for clients under the Real Profit (Lucro Real) regime
Provide tax consultancy support
Fill out tracking spreadsheets
Client service
File tax documents
Perform other related tasks
