About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead strategic product initiatives and system evolution;
Structure the roadmap, backlog, and prioritization of requests;
Translate business needs into scalable solutions;
Act as the interface between Product, Technology, Data, and Operations;
Conduct discovery, refinement sessions, and functional alignments;
Support the definition of flows, business rules, and user experience;
Monitor product indicators, metrics, and product evolution;
Ensure organization and direction of deliveries;
Support strategic decisions focused on operational efficiency and technological advancement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or product leader;
Experience managing digital products and enterprise systems;
Experience with backlog management, roadmapping, and prioritization;
Experience in SaaS, technology, or digital product companies;
Experience with complex operations and internal systems;
Knowledge of UX and Product Discovery;
Experience with product metrics and KPIs;
Knowledge of agile methodologies;
Experience with Jira, Monday, Notion, or other project management tools;
Experience in data-driven environments;
Knowledge of automations and digital transformation.
