About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote the adoption of Scrum best practices
- Support planning, tracking, and coordination of the team's deliveries
- Remove impediments and help the team maintain a healthy workflow
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and other stakeholders
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Support priority management and alignment across different work streams
- Promote transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team
- Contribute to the organization and governance of ongoing initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working as a Scrum Master
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies
- Experience coordinating programs, projects, or multiple initiatives
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
- Advanced or fluent English for daily communication
