About the role
- One-to-one care of our patients
- Participation in care planning and provision of individualized care that takes patients' needs into account
- Basic and treatment nursing for tracheostomized and/or ventilated patients
- Monitoring of ventilator and vital parameters, emergency management, and patient observation
- Supporting and assisting patients in their daily lives
- Communication with relatives, patients and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Empathy, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
- Enjoyment of working in a multidisciplinary team
- Independent and conscientious working style
- Completed three-year vocational qualification as a registered nurse, nursing specialist, geriatric nurse or equivalent
- A basic course in out-of-hospital ventilation or experience in intensive nursing is desirable (can be completed at any time)
