About the role

  • Design and provide individualized care tailored to the patient's needs
  • Provide basic and treatment care for a tracheostomized and ventilated patient
  • Monitor ventilation and vital signs, manage emergencies and perform clinical observation
  • Support the patient with activities of daily living
  • Maintain open and respectful communication with the patient, their relatives, and colleagues

Requirements

  • A genuine interest in providing empathetic, dedicated care to our patient across all stages of life
  • Empathy, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Completed three-year qualification as a Registered Nurse / Nursing Specialist / Geriatric Nurse or equivalent
  • Basic course in out-of-hospital ventilation or experience in intensive care nursing is desirable but not mandatory
  • No specific language certificates required
