About the role
- Provide 1:1 care and supervision of patients
- Contribute to and deliver individualized nursing care tailored to patients' needs
- Perform basic and treatment care for tracheostomized and/or ventilated patients
- Monitor ventilator settings and vital parameters
- Emergency management and clinical observation
- Support and assist patients with daily living activities
- Communicate with patients, relatives and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Completed three-year training as a Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger / Registered Nurse (m/f/d)
- Nursing specialist / Registered Nurse (m/f/d)
- Geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
- Nurse (m/f/d)
- Empathy, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
- Enjoy working in a multiprofessional team
- Ability to work independently and conscientiously
- Experience in intensive care nursing is desirable but not required
