- Support the operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure
- Ensure the stability, security and compliance of systems
- Provide technical support to internal users and coordinate external service providers
- Perform and verify backups, ensuring data integrity

Requirements
- Proven experience in IT systems or network administration
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networks and support processes
