About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead generation & prospecting: Identify and approach premium clients (Key Accounts, architects, fit-out firms, companies, developers...).
Outreach & appointment setting: Initiate contact, multiply interactions, and open doors through persuasive communication.
Closing & business development: Convert prospects into contracts and drive significant revenue growth.
Project management & client follow-up: Support bespoke creations from the initial contact through to completion.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Independent contractor status required (agent, business introducer, commercial agency, self-employed/sole trader...)
Proven hunter mentality with a strategic approach to prospecting.
Experience in B2B sales, premium/high-end services.
Minimum 5 years' experience.
Autonomous, ambitious, and results-oriented; persistent until deals are signed. Compensation: 15% of your net sales (excluding VAT).
Strong network and ease in building long-term relationships.
