About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop robust Sitecore solutions using **Sitecore XM**
Build and maintain **headless and traditional Sitecore implementations**
Develop custom components, templates, pipelines, and integrations
Implement and optimize **Sitecore JSS**, APIs, and personalization features
Ensure performance, security, scalability, and maintainability of solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, DevOps, QA)
Lead code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices
Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide long-term fixes
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
Contribute to architectural decisions and platform roadmap planning

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 8 years of experience with **Sitecore CMS**
Strong expertise in **C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC**
Experience with **Sitecore XP/XM** (certifications a plus), **Sitecore Serialization **and** Sitecore CLI**
Hands-on experience with **Sitecore JSS / Headless CMS**
Proficiency with **HTML, CSS, JavaScript** and modern frontend concepts
Experience with **REST APIs, JSON, and integrations**
Solid understanding of **Sitecore content modeling and personalization**
Experience with **Azure**, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments
Familiarity with **SQL Server** and Sitecore data architecture
Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills
