About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development, maintenance, and governance of project management standards, processes, and procedures.
- Drive quality assurance efforts and improve the consistency of project deliverables across the organization.
- Develop and enhance onboarding programs, learning pathways, and competency development initiatives for project management professionals.
- Partner with leaders and stakeholders to identify opportunities for organizational improvement and capability building.
- Facilitate lessons learned, peer reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen project execution.
- Influence project management practices across multiple functions without direct authority.
- Help shape the future of project management excellence at ATC through training, coaching, governance, and knowledge management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in utility, construction, engineering, infrastructure, program management, or related environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex transmission, substation, capital construction, or infrastructure programs.
- Experience developing standards, governance frameworks, procedures, or organizational processes.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing project professionals.
- Experience driving continuous improvement and organizational change initiatives.
