Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in utility, energy, infrastructure, or heavy civil construction environments
  • Experience leading teams responsible for construction project execution
  • Demonstrated success managing contractors and delivering complex capital projects
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred)
  • Utility transmission and/or substation construction experience (preferred)
  • Experience leading large-scale infrastructure portfolios (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of contractor management and construction governance practices (preferred)
