Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, coach, and develop Construction Management employees

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in utility, energy, infrastructure, or heavy civil construction environments
- Experience leading teams responsible for construction project execution
- Demonstrated success managing contractors and delivering complex capital projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred)
- Utility transmission and/or substation construction experience (preferred)
- Experience leading large-scale infrastructure portfolios (preferred)
- Strong understanding of contractor management and construction governance practices (preferred)
