About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help translate regulatory requirements and cyber security frameworks into practical, sustainable, and audit-ready controls
  • Build and maintain clear, repeatable, and audit-ready cyber security program deliverables
  • Support and strengthen ATC’s cyber security incident response plans and activities
  • Partner with technology and business stakeholders to assess systems and processes and drive appropriate security controls
  • Support NERC CIP compliance workflows, evidence collection, and audit readiness
  • Develop and maintain key risk indicators (KRIs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and control attributes to provide meaningful visibility into cyber risk
  • Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting to prevent recurrence of security issues
  • Support timely completion of Open Audit Recommendations (OARs), and Corrective Action Plans (CAPAs)
  • Apply evolving industry threats, best practices, and regulatory guidance to continuously improve ATC’s cyber security posture.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience working with cyber security frameworks such as NIST, SANS, ISO, or COBIT
  • Hands-on experience designing and executing security and technology controls
  • Experience supporting regulatory compliance; NERC CIP experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of incident response planning and execution
  • Experience with risk analysis, vulnerability assessment, and remediation coordination
  • Ability to perform security architecture and IT change reviews
  • Working knowledge of enterprise and OT technologies including firewalls, routers, switches, endpoints, operating systems, and databases
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
