About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help translate regulatory requirements and cyber security frameworks into practical, sustainable, and audit-ready controls
Build and maintain clear, repeatable, and audit-ready cyber security program deliverables
Support and strengthen ATC’s cyber security incident response plans and activities
Partner with technology and business stakeholders to assess systems and processes and drive appropriate security controls
Support NERC CIP compliance workflows, evidence collection, and audit readiness
Develop and maintain key risk indicators (KRIs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and control attributes to provide meaningful visibility into cyber risk
Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting to prevent recurrence of security issues
Support timely completion of Open Audit Recommendations (OARs), and Corrective Action Plans (CAPAs)
Apply evolving industry threats, best practices, and regulatory guidance to continuously improve ATC’s cyber security posture.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working with cyber security frameworks such as NIST, SANS, ISO, or COBIT
Hands-on experience designing and executing security and technology controls
Experience supporting regulatory compliance; NERC CIP experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of incident response planning and execution
Experience with risk analysis, vulnerability assessment, and remediation coordination
Ability to perform security architecture and IT change reviews
Working knowledge of enterprise and OT technologies including firewalls, routers, switches, endpoints, operating systems, and databases
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
