About the role
- Monitor and maintain continuous operation of the WWT system
- Identify and implement optimization measures to improve efficiency and reliability
- Ensure WWT processes do not cause delays or interruptions in production
- Develop and deliver training programs for technicians
- Update documentation regularly to reflect process changes
- Ensure accessibility and compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-reduction projects
- Provide technical support during absence of other WWT engineers
- Ensure WWT readiness for increased production demand
- Oversee construction activities related to WWT facilities
- Participate in recruitment and selection of WWT technicians
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with bachelor degree of chemistry/mechanical engineering/environmental protection
- At least 2 years of experience in/as similar position
- Capability to focus on complex problems
- Good technical understanding
- Good written and oral English
- Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel), Process control system
- Good stress management skills
- Team spirit (able to be part of team and team leader as well)
- Interdisciplinary thinking and acting
- Good communication skills
