About the role
- Lead technical discussions with existing customers to understand requirements, identify opportunities, and provide budgetary quotations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to guide customers on design choices, stack-ups, materials, and manufacturability.
- Promote AT&S solutions to drive cross- and up-selling initiatives and support opportunity closure during late-stage development engagements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requirements, and projects within the CRM system.
- Capture market insights from customer feedback and share relevant trends with internal stakeholders to inform strategy.
- Document customer technology roadmaps and align them with AT&S capabilities through close coordination with internal teams.
Requirements
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or related field.
- 5+ years experience in technical sales or customer-facing engineering roles, preferably in PCB or electronics manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of PCB technologies and manufacturing processes.
- Strong customer and market orientation with the ability to identify future trends and relationships.
- Fluent in written and verbal English and German.
