About the role
- Lead the yield improvement, tooling qualification, process improvement and cost improvement for Solder mask /Metal finish process
- Overall coordination of projects within process engineering team or across departments within plant
- Continuous optimization regarding quality, productivity, environment and cost
- Lead or involve in yield improvement (chronic defects, product, design, material or process related)
- Lead or involve in cost improvement by process optimization, alternative materials & chemistry qualification
- Lead or involve in process management improvement by process control capability improvement, recipe management and optimization
- Leader as key customer complain project, prepare 8D report, internal team CIP driving, review with external customer
- Standardize and document technical specification
- Other Job assignment from superior
Requirements
- Degree from senior technical college in Mechanical / Electronic/Chemical engineering
- 5+ years of PCB experience in Solder Mask /Metal Finish engineering
- Fluent in English both written and oral
- Computer skills, familiar with office software
- Open mind and good communication and team cooperation spirits
- 8D report and 6 sigma DMAIC report skills
