About the role

  • Efficient execution of tasks in accordance with AT&S rules and regulations, including the AT&S innovation process
  • Scouting, screening, evaluating, qualifying and handling new equipment, taking into account all relevant safety aspects and requirements
  • Performing calibrations, analyses and cleaning tasks according to plans, and maintaining equipment in good condition for development work
  • Supporting the execution of experiments and DOEs (Design of Experiments), producing sample batches and prototypes, and carrying out measurement and inspection tasks to advance processes and products
  • Representing responsible tasks in projects and with equipment to internal stakeholders, and taking ownership of the work performed
  • Protecting intellectual property related to AT&S activities

Requirements

  • Degree from a university, University of Applied Sciences (FH) or technical college (HTL), or equivalent professional experience in the PCB or a related industry
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP
  • Willingness to work in cleanrooms, overtime and shift patterns
  • Willingness to travel and be on-site at our locations
  • Open, communicative and cross-functional thinker
  • Cooperative, strong team player with a desire to learn and develop
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
