About the role
- Continuous optimization regarding quality, productivity, environment and costs.
- Optimized quality, productivity and cost control
- Ensure technological development to have the latest technology update and sharing
- Initiate measures and solutions to reduce costs by minimizing wastes and errors, and increasing productivity, efficiency and effectiveness
- Standardize process flow and cost control.
- Responsible for purchase of new equipment (draw up equipment specifications, make evaluations and technical analysis; installation, put into operation, qualification and implementation in production).
- To have qualified equipment that fulfill the requirements
- Follow 5s standard to keep the environment clean
- Manage and improve yield on HVM projects, task force to led yield improvement on assigned defect code or issues
- Ensure HVM capability to meet multi-product/ project requirement, in terms of output and readiness for new ramp projects
- Manage alternative CC materials & chemistry qualification (MCP cost saving) and initiate value-add cost improvement (VAM cost saving)
- Manage process window and Optimize process flow to achieve define RPT improvement target
Requirements
- Degree from senior technical college in Mechanical/electronic/Chemical and Material engineering
- Self-motivated ability to foster a cooperative work environment
- Extensive and professional experience in related industry advantageous
- 3 or above years of experience in/as engineer or team leader in Printed Circuit Board or semiconductors industry
- Fluent in English
- Computer skills
- Good communication and team spirits
- Good leadership skills
- Knowledge of QMS like IATF 16949
- Knowledge of quality tool like APQP, FMEA,CP, SPC, PPAP,MSA
