About the role
- Develop and maintain mid-term capacity and production plans aligned with business and customer demand.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose de-bottlenecking options using capacity analysis and scenario simulation.
- Ensure accuracy of BOMs and master data to support material readiness.
- Align with Sourcing, IE, and Production to prevent shortages and schedule disruptions.
- Plan, release, and monitor production orders; verify material, tooling, and resource readiness.
- Ensure that WIP levels, buffers, and throughput targets align with plan requirements.
- Conduct impact analyses and initiate re-scheduling or corrective actions when deviations occur.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering with minimum 5 years' experience in PPC, preferably in a PCB manufacturing organization.
- Proficiency in SAP Production Planning (PP), APO, or equivalent ERP planning modules.
- Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with data analysis or visualization tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- IT Tools: SAP, MS Office, Planning tools.
- Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented working style.
