About the role
- Support the implementation of customer-defined quality requirements in production
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation (e.g., Certificates of Conformance, inspection and reliability specs) and assist in customer approvals
- Coordinate internal reviews of customer specifications and facilitate issue resolution, including claims and 8D processes
- Assist in organizing customer audits and visits, ensuring smooth communication and execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, NPI, QE, Laboratory) to align quality standards across all product life stages
Requirements
- HTL graduate, University degree in e.g. Engineering or equivalent proven experience
- Strong communication skills in English and German (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; organized and eager to learn
- Experience in customer or supplier communication and substrate industry is an advantage
