About the role
- Coordinate all necessary activities (repairs, renovations, etc.) to ensure optimal building and infrastructure maintenance
- Plan and coordinate recurring building inspections
- Construction project management (planning, design/engineering, coordination of trades)
- AutoCAD applications (maintain and expand the drawing set and visualize construction projects)
- Data and document management for building services / facility (e.g., CAFM, IBLV, etc.)
- Cleaning and quality management – ensure cleaning standards, continuous improvement and the associated quality system
Requirements
- Completed technical education in construction engineering or a related field (HTL, college, or equivalent)
- Several years of professional experience in the maintenance of building services/building systems
- Solid AutoCAD skills
- Knowledge of cleanroom technology is an advantage
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Familiarity with agile project structures and fast-track projects
- Ability to work independently with a strong customer and service orientation
