About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the smooth delivery of VISIT software projects
Provide expert support and advice to customers and service partners
Create detailed project plans and monitor timelines and budgets
Technically configure and customize the software solution to meet individual customer requirements
Ensure seamless implementation in accordance with technical specifications
Train customer administrators and users
Act as a liaison between Development and Sales to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Support pre-sales and after-sales activities by participating in on-site presentations and accompanying the team at trade fairs
Manage an assigned customer base beyond the project lifecycle
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers
Conduct regular reviews to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement
Help customers maximize the value they derive from VISIT

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in business information systems or technical training, such as IT specialist; career changers from the IT sector are also welcome
Solid practical experience with Windows Server, SQL databases, and APIs
Strong understanding of technical interrelationships and the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly
Experience in project management, software implementation, software support, or consulting
IPMA certification is an advantage
Strong team player with a structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
Very good German and English skills
