About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop Embedded C++ software components for medical imaging
Collaborate within an agile Scrum team
Contribute to Embedded System Hardening activities
Familiarize yourself with existing code
Contribute to design, implementation, and documentation
Perform unit and integration testing
Modularize software for testing and implement tests under Linux
Perform regular OS updates
Define and regularly implement technical processes
Assess findings and create and implement implementation plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

Successfully completed a degree in Computer Science or another STEM field, or completed comparable vocational training
Several years of experience and very strong knowledge of development, testing, and debugging with Embedded C++ under Windows (Visual Studio) and Linux
Knowledge of Linux real-time extensions is a plus
Initial experience in cybersecurity is a plus
Experience with STIG lists (interpreting requirements) is an advantage
Strong teamworking skills
Very good German language skills
Good English language skills
Willingness and ability to familiarize yourself with existing code
