Key responsibilities & impact

Direct management of 3 to 4 SEO Team Leads
Structuring and continuous improvement of SEO processes
Overseeing the quality of deliverables and the overall strategic vision
Supporting Team Leads in developing their managerial skills
1 to 2 days per month of client-facing production work to stay connected to field realities
Participation in key decisions: service offerings, positioning, organization
Main KPI: overall churn of the SEO department

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years of experience in an SEO agency
Proven experience managing SEO teams
Strategic vision, performance-oriented, and customer-focused
Comfortable in fast-growing environments
Ability to structure, prioritize, and make decisions
