About the role

  • Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio within the assigned sales territory.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with retail partners.
  • Advise customers on product assortment and support them in optimizing their sales performance.
  • Implement sell-through initiatives and point-of-sale activities to drive partner success.
  • Present product collections at trade fairs, customer meetings, showrooms, and digital platforms.
  • Ensure an excellent buying experience for wholesale partners.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
  • Experience in field sales, ideally in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle products.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proactive, independent working style.
  • Passion for premium products and strong customer focus.
  • Confident use of digital tools for customer management and presentations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Product and material awareness.
  • Ability to ensure high customer satisfaction.
