About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee and support site security operations across the Club’s estate
Ensure robust security compliance within a high-profile, fast-paced environment
Provide a welcoming and professional first impression to staff, VIPs, visitors and stakeholders
Conduct regular patrols of Club sites as required
Identify, report and escalate security breaches or notable incidents to the Security Operations Manager or nominated deputy
Monitor and operate CCTV, access control, fire alarms and intruder alarm systems according to Club procedures
Act as the main point of contact for emergencies
Coordinate with Police, Fire and Medical services for effective communication and safe incident resolution
Maintain accurate records and respond to onsite incidents professionally

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current SIA Security Guard and SIA CCTV Operator Licence, or willingness to work towards them
Previous experience in a similar Security Officer role
Availability for shift patterns including days, nights, evenings and weekends
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to respond to and attend onsite incidents
Experience managing and resolving challenging situations professionally
Ability to maintain accurate records
Integrity and discretion
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to build relationships with different audiences
