About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee and support site security operations across the Club’s estate
  • Ensure robust security compliance within a high-profile, fast-paced environment
  • Provide a welcoming and professional first impression to staff, VIPs, visitors and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular patrols of Club sites as required
  • Identify, report and escalate security breaches or notable incidents to the Security Operations Manager or nominated deputy
  • Monitor and operate CCTV, access control, fire alarms and intruder alarm systems according to Club procedures
  • Act as the main point of contact for emergencies
  • Coordinate with Police, Fire and Medical services for effective communication and safe incident resolution
  • Maintain accurate records and respond to onsite incidents professionally

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current SIA Security Guard and SIA CCTV Operator Licence, or willingness to work towards them
  • Previous experience in a similar Security Officer role
  • Availability for shift patterns including days, nights, evenings and weekends
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to respond to and attend onsite incidents
  • Experience managing and resolving challenging situations professionally
  • Ability to maintain accurate records
  • Integrity and discretion
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to build relationships with different audiences
