About the role
- Point of contact for our clients and commercial property managers regarding structural and technical maintenance as well as the ongoing development of the managed properties
- Management of defect reports as well as more complex construction and renovation projects
- Commissioning and supervision of external service providers
- Handling tendering processes and contract awards
- Monitoring, adjustment and enforcement of contractual rights and obligations
- Maintaining reporting to transparently present the current status of projects, budgets and resources
- Conducting site inspections and documenting the findings
- Participation in trade fairs and industry events
Requirements
- Degree in real estate management or a related field; alternatively, a property-specific or technical vocational qualification with additional certifications
- Professional experience in commercial property management
- Confident, service-oriented manner when dealing with subcontractors, planners, owners and contractors
- Experience with property management software and good MS Office skills
- Goal-oriented and structured working style, with resilience, flexibility and initiative
- Interest in professional development and team leadership. Initial experience in managing staff is an advantage
