IP/IT/GDPR/Contracts Legal Counsel – Work-Study
AssystemIntern position focused on legal compliance in engineering and digital fields for Assystem, an independent nuclear engineering leader. Contributing to innovative legal projects and compliance management.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the group's software developments comply with specific regulations (AI Act alignment, international deployment of LLMs, etc.)
- Assist in monitoring GDPR compliance
- Participate in creating training materials and their deployment
- Draft legal memoranda
- Draft contracts
- Take part in contract review and in the analysis of public and private tenders
- Contribute to the analysis and drafting of contractual arrangements
- Conduct legal and regulatory watch
- Contribute to the development of the legal intranet
- Manage the contract lifecycle: preparation of claims, amendments, settlement agreements, etc.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are completing a Master II or higher in Digital Law, Business Law, Contract Law, EFB/CRFPA (French bar training) or DJCE
- Excellent analytical and drafting skills
- Intellectual curiosity

- Energetic and proactive attitude
- Ability to synthesize information
- Rigor and attention to detail
- Responsiveness
- Proficiency in legal English
