About the role

  • Develop and steer the commercial strategy for ESATs
  • Design and implement a comprehensive commercial action plan
  • Identify priority development areas and market opportunities
  • Monitor competitors and adapt the strategy to economic changes
  • Build relationships with economic development agencies
  • Review existing activities and reinvigorate commercial relationships with current clients
  • Prospect for new clients and partners
  • Supervise and support the assigned sales representative
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration and the sharing of best practices between establishments

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B business development
  • Knowledge of the industrial, agri-food and services sectors
  • Strong command of management tools (CRM, dashboards, sales tracking)
  • Familiarity with ESAT operations and the principles of the social and solidarity economy is a plus
  • Ability to lead and facilitate teams
  • Aptitude for uniting stakeholders around common objectives
