About the role
- Develop and steer the commercial strategy for ESATs
- Design and implement a comprehensive commercial action plan
- Identify priority development areas and market opportunities
- Monitor competitors and adapt the strategy to economic changes
- Build relationships with economic development agencies
- Review existing activities and reinvigorate commercial relationships with current clients
- Prospect for new clients and partners
- Supervise and support the assigned sales representative
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and the sharing of best practices between establishments
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B business development
- Knowledge of the industrial, agri-food and services sectors
- Strong command of management tools (CRM, dashboards, sales tracking)
- Familiarity with ESAT operations and the principles of the social and solidarity economy is a plus
- Ability to lead and facilitate teams
- Aptitude for uniting stakeholders around common objectives
