About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain detailed baseline and live project programmes using Primavera P6 / Asta Powerproject / MS Project
- Integrate cost, risk, procurement, and resource data into project schedules
- Monitor programme progress, identify critical path impacts, and assess schedule risk
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, commercial teams, and subcontractors
- Ensure schedule governance aligns with contractual and internal controls
- Support the Project Managers (PM’s) across the project portfolio in implementing the processes to manage and monitor project plans, project schedules, budgets and expenditures to ensure budgets are maintained and expenditure is controlled
- Own and manage the administration of multiple core Project Controls processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- Sound planning and coordination skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite of programmes incl MS Project, Powerpoint, Excel and Visio.
- Ability to build relationships and work successfully with people at all levels
- Ability to focus on multiple tasks at the same time
- Ability to manage own workload to meet tight deadlines
- Ideal Infrastructure project experience – Civil/Electrical/Mechanical
- Experience in Document Management software
- Project management qualification
