About the role
- Plan and monitor routines related to brand positioning for different stakeholder audiences.
- Manage the brand's social media channels, ensuring strategy execution with external vendors and the internal team.
- Manage the press office/media relations, ensuring strategy execution with external vendors and the internal team.
- Identify and apply to calls for proposals and awards that increase brand visibility, in alignment with the Strategic Partnerships team.
- Produce the annual report and institutional newsletters.
- Support company leadership in external brand representation activities.
- Manage institutional events and campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to promote topics across different channels.
- Support the management of the Institutional Marketing budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
- Experience in brand management and institutional communications.
- Strong knowledge of social media management routines and best practices across major platforms.
- Knowledge of press office/media relations workflows and strategies.
- Strong ability to produce institutional written content.
- Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple parallel initiatives independently.
- Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Experience preparing creative briefings and presentations.
