About the role
- Prepare tender specifications and bills of quantities
- Conduct bidder negotiations and meetings
- Create and maintain project schedules
- Site supervision of turnkey building projects
- Verify measurements and review invoices from contractors
- Identify defects and manage related correspondence
- Pursue warranty claims
Requirements
- Completed degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, preferably with a focus or qualification in Construction Management (Diploma, Master’s or Bachelor’s)
- Work experience in HOAI service phases 6–9 is desirable; career starters are welcome, as are working students in the above fields
- Basic knowledge of AVA software iTWO is desirable
- Solid technical expertise and analytical thinking
- Good knowledge of the VOB
- Communicative, practical-minded, socially competent and a team player
