About the role
- Independent planning and consulting in the field of measurement, control and regulation technology (MCR) and building automation
- Integration of specialist plans for heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and sanitary systems to develop control strategies and control schematics
- Handling all HOAI service phases for demanding projects
- Independent and supportive technical site supervision, including all organizational tasks — from reviewing shop and installation plans to final commissioning
- Conducting inventory analyses and assessing existing plant and system technology
- Supporting our internal facility management (FM) consulting team as part of commissioning management
Requirements
- Degree in engineering (Diplom, Bachelor, Master) or equivalent technical qualification; career changers (technicians, master craftsmen) with strong knowledge in the areas listed are welcome
- Several years of professional experience in the field
- Holistic understanding of technically complex systems and knowledge of the planning process for sanitary, heating, ventilation, refrigeration and electrical engineering
- Good communication skills and willingness to cooperate with colleagues and architects
- Reliability and a high level of personal responsibility
