About the role
- Planning of electrical systems for public and commercial-industrial large-scale construction projects
- Advising and supporting the client in defining and clarifying requirements and developing solution approaches
- Acting as project manager and taking responsibility for project costs, schedules and quality with regard to the electrical trades
- Developing planning concepts/solutions based on concrete user requirements and preparing specification documents (bills of quantities) for planning and construction services
- Supporting the technical site management with all organizational and technical tasks
- Conducting inventory analyses and evaluating existing system technology
Requirements
- Completed engineering degree (Diploma, Bachelor, Master) or qualification as a state-certified technician
- Several years of professional experience in the planning and execution of building projects
- Designing, calculating, sizing and supervising the execution of high- and low-voltage systems in buildings with high technical requirements
- Confident use of common calculation and tendering/contract management software (AVA)
- Good communication skills and willingness to cooperate in a team with specialist engineers, architects and clients
- Knowledge of HOAI and VOB in particular, as well as relevant standards
- Reliability and a high degree of personal responsibility
