About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As a Sales Consultant Specialist at AssetMark, you will support our sales team as they build and nurture client relationships.
  • Facilitate opportunities to increase productivity by managing essential administrative tasks.
  • Act as primary sales point of contact for escalated service-related issues.
  • Help advisors understand and explain platform fees and overcome objections.
  • Enhance consultative process for the wealth management platform and service offering.
  • Proactively communicate with advisors to identify additional needs.
  • Manage the team’s meeting schedule and encourage attendance to meetings.
  • Build relationships with advisors and deliver strong presentations through effective communication.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or finance field
  • 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Active FINRA Licenses: Series 6, 63 and 65 and/or 7 and 66 are required
  • Proven experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM tools to effectively manage territory and pipeline
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
