About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As a Sales Consultant Specialist at AssetMark, you will support our sales team as they build and nurture client relationships.
Facilitate opportunities to increase productivity by managing essential administrative tasks.
Act as primary sales point of contact for escalated service-related issues.
Help advisors understand and explain platform fees and overcome objections.
Enhance consultative process for the wealth management platform and service offering.
Proactively communicate with advisors to identify additional needs.
Manage the team’s meeting schedule and encourage attendance to meetings.
Build relationships with advisors and deliver strong presentations through effective communication.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a business or finance field
2+ years of experience in the financial services industry
Active FINRA Licenses: Series 6, 63 and 65 and/or 7 and 66 are required
Proven experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM tools to effectively manage territory and pipeline
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
