About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As a Sales Consultant Specialist at AssetMark, you will support our sales team as they build and nurture client relationships.
- Facilitate opportunities to increase productivity by managing essential administrative tasks.
- Act as primary sales point of contact for escalated service-related issues.
- Help advisors understand and explain platform fees and overcome objections.
- Enhance consultative process for the wealth management platform and service offering.
- Proactively communicate with advisors to identify additional needs.
- Manage the team’s meeting schedule and encourage attendance to meetings.
- Build relationships with advisors and deliver strong presentations through effective communication.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a business or finance field
- 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry
- Active FINRA Licenses: Series 6, 63 and 65 and/or 7 and 66 are required
- Proven experience utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM tools to effectively manage territory and pipeline
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
