About the role
- Carry out out-of-court corporate procedures (incorporation, amendments, re-ratifications and deregistrations).
- Draft legal opinions and analyze complex cases.
- Draft contracts, bylaws drafts, agreements and internal regulations.
- Manage trademark registration processes.
- Work on administrative tax and fiscal litigation.
- Issue out-of-court notices.
- Perform collections, debt negotiations and notarial protests of negotiable instruments.
Requirements
- Licensed attorney
- Experience in contract, corporate and civil law
- Good communication skills
- Strong knowledge of corporate and civil legislation
- Team player
- Willingness and interest to learn
- Commitment to routines and internal processes
