About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of programmatic business across key clients, supported by a team of traders
  • Develop and implement strategic optimization plans using data analysis, technical expertise, and client feedback
  • Oversee campaign execution, performance evaluation, and ongoing optimization across all programmatic dimensions
  • Identify and present opportunities to leverage programmatic media to meet client objectives
  • Drive cross-channel integration initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to enhance media strategies
  • Champion programmatic excellence across the agency by contributing to thought leadership, process development, and innovation
  • Communicate the value of programmatic capabilities, technologies, and partnerships to internal and external stakeholders
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to promote innovation and continuous learning across the organization
  • Stay current on platform features and best practices for activation, measurement, and optimization
  • Collaborate with platform, inventory, and data partners to develop and refine targeted media programs
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues and oversee QA processes for pre-production and live campaigns
  • Support the development and implementation of process standards and training for team members
  • Mentor and manage junior team members, fostering their growth in campaign management and communication
  • Partner with account teams to evolve program recommendations and uncover untapped opportunities
  • Occasionally support new business initiatives involving programmatic strategy and execution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8-10+ years of hands-on experience with self-managed DSP platforms
  • Deep understanding of programmatic campaign execution across CTV, Native, Proximity targeting, Prospecting vs. Remarketing, PMP executions, Audio/Video SSP direct deals
  • Ability to interpret campaign performance and optimize toward CPA, ROAS, or awareness goals
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience troubleshooting campaign issues and overseeing QA processes
  • Familiarity with platform features and techniques for activating, measuring, and optimizing media programs
