Associate Manager, Resource Management

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Developing and implementing resource management strategies and processes
- Monitoring and analyzing resource utilization and performance
- Collaborating with project managers and team leaders to ensure optimal resource allocation
- Identifying and addressing resource constraints and bottlenecks
- Providing regular updates and reports on resource status and performance
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to resource management
Requirements
What you’ll need- A bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in resource management or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in resource management software and tools, Adobe Workfront a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
