Senior Workfront Administrator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own recurring operational tasks across Workfront project management and PM program support.
- New user setup and onboarding in Workfront
- Ongoing data cleanup and quality maintenance
- Internal job code management
- Initial setup and configuration of Media and Influencer jobs
- Ongoing tracking and maintenance of open Media and Influencer jobs
- Creation and maintenance of the scope library
- Maintenance of the sold staff plan library
- Invoice backup cover sheets (client proof of performance)
- Creative POP PowerPoint decks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Project Management & Workfront Expertise
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront (or similar project management tools)
- Understanding of project workflows, job setup, and tracking
- Ability to manage media & influencer project configurations and lifecycle
- Strong capability in handling recurring operational tasks
- Experience in process-driven environments with defined SOPs
- Ability to support PM teams with structured operational activities
- Experience in data entry, data cleanup, and quality control
- Ability to maintain accuracy in systems and reporting
- Familiarity with job codes, system configuration, and tracking logs
- High level of precision in administrative and financial documentation tasks
- Ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies or errors
- Experience in creating and maintaining: Scope libraries, Staff planning documents, Invoice support materials
- Basic coordination with internal teams (PM, operations, finance/influencer teams)
- Ability to follow up on task completion and process adherence
- Proficiency in: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs)
- Comfort working across multiple systems/tools simultaneously
- Ability to manage multiple recurring tasks with defined timelines
- Strong organizational skills to handle weekly and monthly deliverables
- Ability to follow documented protocols with minimal supervision
- Comfortable with repeatable, structured workflows
