About the role
- Manage day-to-day media operations across campaigns spanning Search, Social, Programmatic, and Commerce/Marketplace channels.
- Translate strategic direction into executional plans, ensuring accuracy, timelines, and platform alignment.
- Oversee campaign workflows from briefing through activation, optimization, and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to defined processes, SLAs, and operational standards.
- Support programmatic planning alignment and supervise execution across DSP platforms.
- Ensure best practices in trafficking, taxonomy, brand safety, and optimization are followed.
- Collaborate with channel specialists to deliver integrated, audience-led media activation.
- Implement and maintain QA frameworks to ensure accuracy across all campaign builds and launches.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance scalability and turnaround times.
- Standardize documentation, templates, and operating procedures for consistent delivery.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with platform and client requirements.
- Lead a team of analysts and specialists within the India delivery hub.
- Provide hands-on coaching, training, and technical guidance across platforms and tools.
- Monitor utilization, workload distribution, and productivity metrics.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and development of team members.
- Partner with Planning, Strategy, Analytics, and Client teams to ensure seamless execution of media plans.
- Act as a key operational contact for internal stakeholders, resolving delivery challenges proactively.
- Align execution with broader business objectives and campaign KPIs.
- Track delivery performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Drive process enhancements, automation opportunities, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Contribute to building India as a high-quality, scalable delivery center.
Requirements
- 10–12+ years in digital/media agency environments with hands-on leadership in multichannel execution and operations.
- Strong hands-on expertise across Programmatic, Paid Search, Paid Social, and Marketplace media operations.
- Proven ability to manage teams delivering multi-channel campaign execution at scale.
- Experience implementing QA processes, workflow optimization, and operational governance.
- Solid understanding of ad tech ecosystems, trafficking structures, and platform best practices.
- Ability to balance strategic intent with executional detail.
- Strong analytical mindset with focus on accuracy, performance, and efficiency.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
