About the role

  • Technical Implementation & Global Governance
  • End-to-End Tracking: Own the full implementation lifecycle via Google Tag Manager (GTM), ensuring data collection is accurate, consistent, and exhaustive across all web properties.
  • GA4 Architecture: Maintain and optimize GA4 property structures, ensuring cross-market data aligns with global reporting standards.
  • Data Governance: Act as the gatekeeper for global account standards, ensuring regional teams adhere to unified data dictionaries and tagging logic.
  • Martech & Feed Management
  • E-commerce Operations: Manage and optimize Google Merchant Center (GMC) and Shopping Feeds to ensure product data is healthy and synced.
  • Pixel Management: Under supervision, lead the deployment and troubleshooting of tracking pixels for major platforms such as Meta, Criteo, Google Ads, and CM360.
  • Platform Integration: Support the technical configuration of media platforms to ensure seamless data flow between the site and the ad stack.
  • Operational Excellence & QA/QC
  • Daily Monitoring: Establish a first line of defence through daily monitoring of data health, identifying and resolving discrepancies before they impact the business.
  • Rigorous QA/QC: Perform exhaustive technical checks and audits on all deployments to ensure 100% data integrity.
  • Independent Troubleshooting: Act as the primary point of contact for technical issues, independently diagnosing and fixing breaks in the tracking or feed pipelines.
  • Collaboration & Support
  • Strategic Ad-hoc Support: Respond to data requests from media and data teams, providing deep-dive analysis in GA4 or media platforms.
  • Documentation: Maintain high-fidelity technical documentation that allows stakeholders across APAC to understand and trust the data.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Web Analytics or Martech (experience with global/regional accounts is a major plus).
  • Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) is essential.
  • Familiarity with the pixels, tracking, reporting, analysis is essential.
  • A deep understanding of digital media platforms (pixels, attribution models, and reporting) is essential.
  • Proficient technically with understanding of SQL, BigQuery /AWS, Tableau/ PowerBI / Looker and agile/scrum methodologies is highly preferred.
  • Data-savvy and detail-oriented that you spot a 1% data discrepancy and feel the need to fix it.
  • Independent and responsible, able to manage your own roadmap and hit deadlines without hand-holding.
  • Communication: Fluent in English (written/verbal) with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A second Asian language is a plus.
