About the role

  • Create animation-first motion design with a strong focus on timing, spacing, easing, and motion dynamics.
  • Develop frame-by-frame animations that feel organic, expressive, and intentional.
  • Craft social-first animations that are optimized for safe zones, captions, legibility, and platform behaviors .
  • Translate creative concepts into compelling animated narratives with a clear sense of rhythm and energy.
  • Edit and integrate video and audio elements to enhance overall motion storytelling.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to elevate animation quality and maintain a high craft standard.
  • Review and refine animation work to ensure consistency, clarity, and polish across deliverables.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience as an Animator or Animation-focused Motion Designer
  • Strong foundation in timing, spacing, easing, and motion dynamics
  • Hands-on experience with frame-by-frame animation techniques
  • Proven ability to create organic, expressive motion , not reliant on preset-based animation.
  • Solid understanding of social-first animation best practices , including safe zones, captions, and readability.
  • Experience with video and audio editing
  • A portfolio that demonstrates:
  • Refined animation technique and creative confidence
  • A strong, distinct sense of energy and motion
  • Social-first animations created for large, well-known brands
