About the role
- Research, media strategy, and plan development for assigned account(s)
- Serve as day-to-day client contact and liaison between internal strategy, execution teams, and the client
- Aggregate and implement Account-Based approaches and marketing strategies
- Oversee Demand Generation, Lead Conversion, and Content Syndication tactics
- Support client in their lead pipeline connectivity strategy
- Provide information about the brand, consumer and marketplace to aid media strategy
- Master proprietary and industry tools and systems (i.e. Prisma)
- Oversee plan entry into agency tool for flowcharting
- Oversee and/or manage budget tracking, management, and reporting process
- Apply media knowledge to address media and business challenges
- Participate in meetings/brainstorm sessions and meetings with media representatives to evaluate opportunities with activation teams
- Collaborate on POVs and client facing communication
- Work with research to ensure competitive spending data requests and analysis are completed
- Collect and organize data across all channel teams for reporting in collaboration with activation
- Demonstrate strong understanding of the client’s business and articulate the business challenge that leads to the media strategy
Requirements
- 1-2 years of cross-channel media planning experience
- Familiarity with a variety of media tools and software like Prisma and MediaOcean
- Prior advertising or digital media agency experience preferred
- Strong digital marketing background and familiarity with multiple media channels
- Strong communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Solid research and analytical skills, good mathematical aptitude, and attention to detail
- Strong experience with Excel (advanced functions and formulas) and PowerPoint
- Ability to organize, prioritize, work well under pressure with multiple assignments; meet tight deadlines and multi-task
- Flexible and willing to learn new skills
