Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You are enrolled at a college or university
  • You enjoy working with people and communicate in a friendly, empathetic, and service-oriented way
  • You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner
  • You quickly get to grips with new software applications and explain concepts clearly
  • You have very good German language skills (at least C1) and clear, service-oriented communication
  • Previous experience in customer service, user support, or help desk is a plus
  • Interest in digital applications and software
  • Ideally, you are studying education, educational sciences, pedagogy, social work, or a related field
