About the role

  • Clarify, evaluate and specify business requirements with stakeholders and ensure they are documented as Product Backlog Items using agile tools and methods, e.g. JIRA and SCRUM
  • Own the product development process and plan and track sprints, milestones and risks
  • Drive business acceptance and obtain stakeholder sign-off
  • Communicate and report within the product team, the client team and to management
  • Elicit, clarify and assess functional and non-functional requirements from our customers and stakeholders in workshops
  • Act as the interface between the development team, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders in areas such as digitalization, Industry 4.0 and more

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable field (minimum Bachelor's)
  • Experience as a Product Owner in software development
  • Excellent German (C1 level) and English skills
  • Experience with Scrum
  • Strong quality awareness
  • Excellent self-organization, communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Ideally already a certified Product Owner
