Responsible to deliver design and system configuration for the BRIM module in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring successful rollout and adoption of standardized Service-to-Cash processes across business units.
The candidate is responsible for translating business requirements into system solutions, managing data migration, testing, training, and post-go-live support, while aligning with SAP best practices and project timelines.
Being part of Global IT team and responsible for SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) configuration and associated developments are designed, built, tested & deployed according to S/4 HANA best practices.
Facilitate and support workstream managers / Solution Architects & leads right from requirement gathering, solution design with focus on Sales and Customer Service processes and integration of same with operations, finance & product management workstreams.
Analyse business requirements related to subscription order management, subscription billing, contract management, and convergent charging.
Configure and customize SAP BRIM components including SOM (Subscription Order Management), CC (Convergent Charging), CI (Convergent Invoicing), and FI-CA (Contract Accounting).
Responsible for creating/maintaining functional specifications for WRICEF (Workflow, Report, Interface, Conversion, Enhancement, Forms) objects.
Perform configuration, testing, training, migration, cutover, go-live and hyper care activities.
Support incidents or change requests for the live Business units.
Requirements
Bachelor / master’s degree in business, Computer Science, or equivalent discipline is required with minimum 5 -10 years of consulting experience with multiple Industries.
Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations / roll outs & support experience in BRIM module in S/4 HANA projects with related modules SOM, CI, CC and FI-CA.
Hands-on experience in configuring BRIM components and managing end-to-end billing cycles.
Understanding on SAP Best Practices in BRIM and SD modules and their integrations & technology.
Experience in S/4HANA environment and Fiori applications.
Strong communication skills in English, self-driven and motivated.
Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline
