About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure materials and finished products are accurately prepared, packaged, and shipped
Load and unload trucks and stage materials
Pick, pack, and crate frames and other products for shipment
Operate forklifts and material handling equipment
Perform quality checks and maintain accurate shipping documentation
Organize outbound deliveries using UPS, LTL, TL, and service center trucks
Use computers and systems to support shipping processes
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Work overtime as needed to meet business demands

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED required
Forklift certification or ability to become certified
Ability to lift 5–50 pounds regularly
Basic computer skills
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Strong attention to detail and focus on safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work overtime as needed
